Bike was ridden in the rain yesterday and for some reason doesnt feel like its got that top end power band anymore
Back fires and revs out before putting out

Change plugs tests plug caps for resistance
    Volt meter tested coils

    Both at 12.5

    Anything else i could try

Have a look at your carbs.

Pay close attention to the cleanliness of the fuel jets and emulsion tubes. Also, verify your fuel levels in the bowls.

I'm betting you are running lean on the top end.

More like you have cracked plug wires, caps, or coils. Start her up in the dark and see if there is a lightshow.

Mist the plugs and wires with a trigger sprayer lightly in the dark. You will see a lighting show more than likely. Also pull your gas tank and see if the coils have cracks in the plastic housings. I just upgraded one of my bikes for this very reason to Dyna Coils from xj4ever.
