All super tight except intake on #2... Waiting on proper tool to pop out shims to order replacements.

intake is 0.11 to 0.15 mm
    exhaust 0.16 to 0.20 mm
you do mean exhaust 2 not intake
so intake 4 is good too
by the inch measurement you show all your intake are good
what are you using to measure

I do not like the .006 overlap in my pic which would imply that exhaust 3 is good but it is not

When using SAE feeler gauges it's easier to round the metric measurement to two decimal places.

Ah yes, too tired to be playing with important numbers. I did mean the exhaust on 2.
    Rounding also makes sense.
Also for the 650 seca I thought it was 0.16-0.20mm for both intake and exhaust?

here is a link on how to do it it shows chart and explains what motors it applies to

Per chacal, all the XJs have the same valve clearance spec except the "X" models and the XJ1100.

if you go through the post you will see how to remove shims with a zip tie or 12 ga wire instead of the tool which works but takes a little pratice ,make sure the slot on the shim bucket is accessable to pry up the shim, someone here used a old feeler blade to help in extraction, it can be real tough sometimes

Misprint. The correct clearance numbers are on the inside of the left sidecover.
