So I have used Kreem Kit in the past and it worked quite well. I have been researching and I'm down to Kreem Kit or the POR-15 Kit for sealing the rusty old tank. I have been looking for a 750 tank in pristine shape for some time to replace my 650 tank to get that extra 5 liters but I have only found ones that have quite a bit of rust inside....I have tried the fish rocks shake in the drier and it worked ok but I definitely do not want to start running gas out of a shitty tank into my beautiful carbs....seems kinda dumb.
Sooo, to my question? Is one kit better than the other or is it just like oil, personal preference?
    Cheers,

Kreem has een known to seperate after just a few years, particularly when used with ethanol blended fuels.
    POR-15 is a fine product.
Caswell is the pinnicle of tank liners, and works best when there is some surface rust present.
In all cases preperation is the key to having a tank liner work and last.

Fit an inline fuel filter for extra insurance.

I hadn't heard of the Caswell product....thanks. It looks online the Caswell kit is a clear product which would mean you would be able to see any leftover rust underneath.

    Humm....choices.

    Thanks for the info k-moe,
