black betty. down on power ???

Morning and howdy guys. Well black betty is wired up and all working fine. I re seated the diaphragm in the far left cab and it idles fine.
However it has dropped a fair amount of power since sorting out that diaphragm. If you read my earlier posts i had the port partially blocked off as it would climb revs on idle if it was open. Tho when it was like this it made considerably more power. . So now that it is starting first wind and funning and idleing good. But down on power. Is it running to fat. Or perhaps to lean. I wondered when the diaphram was not seated correctly it would have leaned the motor out yes ??. So is it now to fat. With the slides working properly ??.
It is also no where near as crisp in the throttle responce. Sorry guys a bit of a long winded post . But you guys do sem to be the gurus on these engines. Many thanks. Mick

Hmmm. Far left plug. Black and not firing. Change plug. All four cylinders howling. Mutch better lol.
