    Looks great and quite original. Are those the OE style mirrors? The yellow is a nice choice.

    No the mirrors are after market when i got bike it only had one mirror couldnt find the rectangle shaped mirrors..I like the yellow p.o. had it painted Ithink bike was maroon at some point.

    Yep look no pods i personally prefer a bike to look showroom new . Sometimes modified this was in good condition 15000 miles bought off ebay 850$ Put new tires and replaced atari and added crash bars mirrors and a right side cover still only have less than 1300 . P.o put a new battery in still need to replace front brake hoses and brake pads .

    When you do the brakes, be sure to clean out the anti-dive unit along with cleaning (or rebuilding) the calipers and master cylinder.

    PERSONALLY, I don't care for yellow bikes... BUT it appears to be well painted and polished--I can appreciate that:)

    I DO recommend more time on polishing the clutch cover and engine cover... Looks like a lot of swirly grinding still visible. It doesn't look like clean reflection to me.... Maybe it's just the photo or my view on my screen..

    Start following razz's rebuild! He has a yellow 750 maxim that WAS a beautiful bike til someone stole it and trashed it. It was recovered, and now he's rebuilding to an even nicer level.

    Still, very nice.

    Important fact : yellow is the FASTEST color. Everyone thinks it's red, but red only LOOKS fast.

    I think my "facts" came from a vaguely remembered article citing insurance figures. IIRC, yellow cars are more expensive to insure due to this. I believe your RK is faster due to the "900" part! Vroooom!

    My red 900rk is faster than my friend's yellow car....

    I saw a yellow Hennessy Viper with dyno proven 1000 hp and a torque curve wider than a Kardashian booty! Owner used it to hunt crotch rockets. Probably the fastest street vehicle I've ever seen!
