A little about me since this site layout has changed and I'm not as active on the site nowadays. I miss the days when Bigfitz52 was around multiple times a day posting to help others - I got a lot of help from him. Been on here since 2008 and ride my two XJ's as often as I can. The best part? I'm younger (by 5 years) than my bikes & bought them non-running, of which one I rebuilt the engine with new rings and learned a lot throughout the process.

    Anyhow...

As the title states, I have limited space and would like to tidy up the garage. A lot of these parts have never been in use by me nor do I have plans to use them so I'd like to see them go fairly cheap. If you'd like to view pictures I most likely have them on my photobucket site. If you see other items in the pictures feel free to inquire about them too. Thanks guys

Forgot to mention that shipping will be separate at buyer's expense. Shouldn't be a surprise but just wanted to clarify. Also I don't have a smartphone (even bigger surprise to some I'm sure since I'm a millennial) but I can also send pics via text at 41995322872.

    Edit: grips are sold.

I'm interested in the 650 gearshift cover and the stator cover. Is the stator cover from a maxim
    650 as well?

Yes, stator cover is from a maxim 650. I can snap a picture of each for you and send it via text message or post on here, later this evening if you'd like!

With some elbow grease and polishing these covers would be in excellent condition. The grime you see is just grease - look at the gear shift cover along the left side where a vertical mark is: that's from the oil on my finger just rubbing across. No deep gouges or scratches either. $5 each

And is it all 4 or just 2? I'm attempting a custom exhaust project and I'd like to keep my Stock headers in case I don't like how it turns out

Yeah sorry its only the two middle headers. If you're still interested I can snap pics. They do have surface rust but not severe.

The two headers are in okay condition. Like I said, there is rust on the inside curved portion of each pipe but again, I haven't touched these pipes in several years so I'm sure if you took some polishing techniques (soda/coca-cola soaking, ever read into that?) some of the rust would go away. The outside curved portion when looking at the pipes mounted are shiny. Also notice on H2 pipe (the left one shown in pictures) there is a small indent about the size of a quarter near the bottom. I'll reduce the price - $10 for both. I'm looking into shipping costs which should be about $13 for shipping to 36445 but you never clarified so that was only a guess on my part. If you want them, send $23 via paypal to my email aarmoeller@gmail.com & I'll get them out asap!

I sent you the $$. Is there by any chance that the two middle headers can fit in any of the exhaust holes? Since I'm building the exhaust on it I may have to find the other 2 somewhere else. But Im definitely getting these 2.

City the pipes have individual "twist" and angles. The ends themselves are all the same, so they all will 'fit' in other locations, but you will end up with 'finagling' to get pipes from mismatched locations to fit well.

That said, if you're building your own, it won't matter as much, but keep in mind that if your exhaust gas analyzer port bolts actually do work (aren't seized/broken off), you'll want to keep then in original positions so you can easily access them ( if you actually use them)
