Carb bank HSC32 Hitachis from 1981 xj650/ dynojet remains

I've got a semi-complete set of carbs from an xj650. According to the manuals, they are HSC32's I believe. These are rebuildable. I have never had them on a running bike as they were from a parts bike and I never needed them. The slides are free. They would probably run if you just cleaned them up really well, but I hesitate to put my rep on the line for carbs I've never hooked up. I'm selling them as parts, so no warranty or anything. Use what you can. They're cheap.

The slides HAVEN'T BEEN DRILLED out. Carbs are stock.

The number 1 carb has been removed from the rack, and that single carb has the slide/diaphragm out and the top is off. I think the only thing missing is the spring that goes under the cap of the carb. The cap is there, and the bottom end is intact.

I also have the remainder of a dynojet stage 1/3 kit that I'll throw in with this rack. The needles are not there, but there are two sets of mains left if you want them. They are 122's and 112's. I think I used the 120's on my other bike. You also get the drill bit and a nice little dynojet sticker to advertise! :?

I sent a guy a rack of carbs to bail him out of a Butterfly Seal mess ... and, I never saw the money and he never sent me back the Carbs; either.

Good will.

I meant to send the Carbs to help this XJBikes.com Member out of a fix so he'd get the bike running for the Season.

I got burned pretty bad on that one ... huh?

Still here. I've gotta take some extra pics for people who wanna feel better about their $40.... I thought I was givin' em away for a steal, but apparently this is not that cheap a price?

With my 1100F, ya can't buy carbs for less than $100 even if they're all crapped out.

 

These are parts carbs. If you wanted to put them on a bike, you'd need a donor rack or some rebuild parts. You'd also need an ultrasonic bath or a carb soak. They're nasty in the float bowls.
