    XJers near the Western end of Lake Erie!

    It looks to me like we are about 6 weeks away from having reliable riding temperatures. I'm thinking we need to start planning to get together for a spring ride.

    Since our weather is very unpredictable this time of year we'd need to be able to pull together on short notice. I'm volunteering to facilitate.

    I'd like everone within an hour or so of Detroit to respond to this post so I can gather a list of potential participants.

    I know I've seen posters from Amherstburg, Auburn Hills, Hamtramck, Detroit, Toledo and South Lyon. We are neighbors so your participation is eagerly anticipated.

    I know we have other site members from London, Lansing, Lima and Sandusky. Feel free to join in if your backside can handle the trip.

    Please post your bike year/model and city you are in. I will PM you to put together a calling list.

    I look forward to meeting all of you soon!

    Greg in London over here - 2 hours from Detroit, but that's no biggie. And Jo (her majesty - QueenOfEverything) is in Chatham, so she's a bit closer and always likes to meet other XJ'ers (last I knew she's not on this forum though).

    Hey - anyone over that way ever considered doing a ride to the Friday the 13th rally in Port Dover, Ont?

    There's one in April, but that might be a bit chilly. However, there's one coming in July and that's gonna be HUGE!

    I don't think I'll have a chance this year. Next spring should be in a much better position to do something. I'll re-post then.
