Hey guys, I'm having some trouble removing the middle drive cover. Yes all of the bolts are removed. It should come right off but I can't even get it to budge, I don't want to damage the cover or the gear selector seal. Am I missing something?

What bike? Update your sig with the model for future use.

I have an 82 Maxim 650. When I removed mine, it was very stuck as well. There are alignment dowels that fit tight to begin with, add on 34 years of baking that gasket on and buildup on the pins and you'll have a tight cover. Smack the edges smartly with a rubber mallet and pry lightly alternating sides. It'll pop. Now comes the fun of scraping off the old gaskets. The seal is cheap, I'd replace while off.
