    Hello,

    I am looking to get a new bike this coming spring and I miss my XJ550. I could be swayed to other makes, but I am most comfortable with a Yamaha. I'm looking for a 550, 650 or 750. It doesn't need to be a showstopper, but I am looking for a runner with decent mileage. I'm looking to spend in the neighborhood of about $1000. Less would be better (the wife says.) If anyone has anything they're looking to give away to a good home or a solid lead, I'd greatly appreciate it.

    I just got in an 82 650 maxim,i am putting new head gasket on this week just got head back from shop.Around 17,000 on it.Very clean I took it in on trade,has clean tittle.

    No problem,its pretty clean i took it in on trade when i sold my guzzi.I have a one bay shop and i bought a suzuki gsxr-w to restore..It ran before i tore it down,needed intake boots, and the previous owner stripped and broke bolts off in the head witch i didnt see untill i dissasembled.. I am howeird1@hotmail.com..My friends call me rusty..I live just north of Corruna,Mi..I have a good head and two spares to go with it,waiting on a head gasket,its a complete bike with a lot of extras..Ok i will try and get some pics today..Thanks Rusty
