    I need to rebuild my '81 XJ550 Seca engine .... analysis points toward spun connecting rod bearings ..... arrgghh.
    Other forum members suggested simply exchanging the engine, thus the reason for the post.
    I want to find a XJ550 engine that I can swap.
    Please let me know if someone has one 'laying around'.

    If all you want is the engine, I'd buy the rest of it from you or go in on it together to make it more affordable for you. Looks like you are in Seattle, I'm near Everett and the bike is in Anacortes. Just PM me about. Thanks!
