Lubing cables

    What do you use to lube your cables? I see the tool that is clamped on and I suppose you have to use a spray can of lube. I also see other methods and regular oil is used.

    I use the tool and a can of cable lube that came with it and chain and cable lube I buy at the auto parts store. tool is quick and the lube flows out the other end you know you got it all the way through.
