Hello guys. New owner of a xj 750 seca from 82 today. This is my second build and im planning on doing a bobber this time.
I would really like a springer fork and i was wondering if its possible with a universal one fro. Ebay or something

Or maybe some of you know of one?
Im from europe so this whole inches thing is confusing me a bit

Ill take any advice and tips that comes up

    Cheers!

I went to a bike shop today to see if I could get one fitted to my bike and it works! We're not sure about clearance for bearings yet, but I'll be bringing just the frame back to see if we can make it work. There might be a possibility of some light machining if things don't quite fit.

It's pretty much a Harley conversion on the whole front end.

Du får registrera den i Sverige så blir det inga problem, synd att förstöra en trevlig cykel dock...

Tror det, kan vara värt att kolla. Vet att det är lättare att få igenom ombyggda fordon här åtminstone.

Sorry MR Fox, it was easier to write in swedish.... Won't do it again:oops: Just told him he could register hos bike in Sweden instead as our regulations with modified bikes/cars are not as hard as in Danmark.

if you know the width of the forks at triple tree you can figure the width at the wheel

well i found a way to get the approval here where i am but its a costly risk. around 1200 dollars for a test at a motor office wich i might fail. so i might end up back at the drawing board...shame though
