    Well Im working on my carbs and went all through them but one emulsion tube was stuck pretty bad but I did manage to get out but I tore it up pretty bad just shows when you think you have cleaned carbs you probly didnt. all the emulsion tubes were plugged up even though bike sat for a long time with no gas in it man they were bad. I thought I cleaned untill I talked to hogfiddles. [​IMG] 20160628_145743.jpg

    make sure the air jet and passage in the carb throat is clear if you spray cleaner into it it should flow out a hole in the carb body where the emulision tube goes
    located rear of carb, it is nonremovable on right side

    Soak them in cleaner/ acetone/MEK for about 30 min to 1 hr ...

    Some folks swear by boiling the carbs. Some even use lemon juice, but I just used water.
