    Hey all,
Can anyone reassure me as to where this washer goes on the starter? I got my rebuild kit from Len, and as I was cleaning the ring gear end, it "showed up" on my table, and I didn't notice where it came from.

It's the washer in the top the top right corner (bearing & snap ring are there for perspective):

I believe that is must go here?:

    Before it splines onto here:

Which would put it between the bearing and the seat of output shaft? Seems to have a nice fit there, and wear marks would indicate that could, but I can't find it in any exploded drawing or parts diagrams, so it's kinda bothering me.

    Any help would be huge
