I've noticed that my 1982 XJ750 doesn't have horns anymore. I see a bunch on e-bay, but I'm not sure exactly where they plug in to. I don't see a spot in the rats nest behind the headlight, but I do see a couple of free connectors under the tank above the cam cover. Any suggestions?

There are two spade connectors for the horns, one each side.

I just happened to have a picture of mine, since I had to remove them when doing my valve clearances, to get the cover off. Maybe it will help.

Interesting. It looks like I have provisions for two horns on each side, one each under the handlebars. I do have two disconnected spade connectors under the tank above the valve cover. I'm going to go through the Haynes manual again to see if it has the color codes for the wires in there. Thanks for the tips so far.

If it is a seca it is accessed by removing headlight .

I would use both of them, but I'm still a new rider.

if you want to be a old rider, never piss off a 3000 lb automobile with a 500 lb motorcycle, the numbers just don't work
