    New business model: putting profit before people. That's what makes Chacal so refreshing - he seems to genuinely care about us AND our money.;) Perhaps he knows that after we need parts, we will need more parts. 30 year old bikes... who knew?

    New kid here. Every time I try to cut a corner with ebay/amazon or a bent bike shop, I am reminded why I pay Len for the right parts, and service.
