All of the above items quit working. New fuse box with no blown fuses. The signal relay buzzes intermitantly. I'm guessing that the relay is wrong for the led signals but would that cause the other things not to function? What relay do I need to fix this issue?

disconnct the relay for the signals

    the items you mention
    horn,neutral light,brake light
all run off of the same fuse. check your wiring for the fuse box make sure you have voltage into fuse holder remove fuse a nd test then put in new fuse and test for output voltage. then test for voltage at horn. neutral light and brake switches.

if you had leds and the leds were working look to see if there was a load resistor which could have burned out

what bike are you talking about??

Led signals have no load resistors.Wiring at fuse box tested out good and fuse is good also. A real head scratcher.

if you have voltage at both sides of the fuse check at the component for voltage
horn at the quick disconnects the horn button grounds the systemm to make horns work you should see 12 volts at the button

Wow, that wiring diagram is the shizzle! I'm seeing my plan of attack for troubleshooting in a different way now.

Ended up finding multiple splices though out the wiring harness, no bueno. To circumvent this issue a new wiring harness was made. I ended up copying the the euro spec harness which doesn't include any safety relays. After countless hours, the end result includes factory connectors, all lights, neutral and oil lights as well, horn and signals. A larger AMG battery (205 CCA) with #6AWG cables powers the new correctly colored wires in the harness. The wiring schematic is straight to the point and Yamaha endorsed.
