Need help with my stripper

    Ive got a hole that the threads are striped, one of the holes under my valve cover [ valve cover bolt hole ]. Any ideas on a fix? Thanks for any help.

    put in a Heli coil if it is in your skill set or have a machine shop do it.

    you drill out the hole tap it and install the Heli coil, kits are available comes with the drill, tap, tool, and coils

    Ez fix with the heli coil if it's one of the outer holes... I've done a few myself.

    Total junk. You can do a decent job on cosmetic repairs (with enough practice), but not on anything that has to hold a fastener.
    Use a Helicoil. That will make a permanant, reliable repair.
