    Hi guys
Has anyone experienced what the maximum tyre size that will clear the forks?

Which Maxim? There's about five models that bear the Maxim name, all with different tire sizes.

that is precisely the tire you want. A 110 is too big and will slow down the handling.

Thanks for that I am not worried about hindering handling performance.. just after a bigger stauncher look. Fully custom build.
Will be fitting Daytona 675 forks later on in the year anyway.
    Thanks

Same advice as above. No sense spending money on a tire when you're going to be sepnding money on tires again in less than a year anyway.

Your first limitation will be the front rim width, not the forks. Going two sizes wider than stock is the bare edge of what I would consider safe.

A fella many years ago was making a kit to fit a rear wheel and tire combo on the front. A search should pull up the thread.

Taking in the account the width of the rim even if i can get a 110-90 in or a 3.5/3.75 in I would be content for now.

    He also STOPPED making them....

You could see if this is still available.... it has that rear-to front kit on an xj650 maxim.

Personally, I wouldn't waste any $ on it
