    Hi, Ive got a 1982 xj750 seca and I want to get rid of the huge cluster and replace it with this electronic speedometer/tachometer from eBay.

    what do I need to rewire in order to use that one from ebay? for some reason I cant put the link in, but the one from ebay is called 14000r digital LCD tachometer.

    I looked up that tach. IMHO be prepared for poor documentation and eventual failure. It's a Chinese knockoff of a KOSO gauge that retails for around $350. It may serve you well, or not, depending on luck mostly.

    You will have to fabricate a mount for the hall-effect sensor that runs the speedometer.
    Somewhere around here there is a thread with that info, but you'll have to search; I don't have it bookmarked.
