XJ750J can this be fixed hacked rear end

rear end hacked off can this be fixed or is it a parts bike at this time?
right shock has bent frame up about an inch

 

It can be fixed, just your welding skills put to the test. But the shock mount is ok? Just the last inch or so is bent by looking at pics. My bet is cut off back half and straighten original sections and build a new rear frame

 

jb weld is as far as I go . I am hoping to find a tail section to replace whats missing I guess a horse shoe shaped rod may work too.
just not sure if that is all that is needed for support. what type of rod ect..

bought it as a parts bike but I kinda like the Atari and handle bar set up now that I have looked close at it.
