So there was some recommendations about my post. Every time I ran into a problem I would create a post, it was recommended that I just make a rebuild post and Every time I have a problem and can't find the answer in the forum post it here. Also in the future I can look back and see what I have done to the bike.

A little about the bike. Picked up the bike last year for $350. Bike had a runaway idle. So I started reading about these great bikes. Found out that the guy didn't have the vaccumm line hooked up. So I got a piece of line and it ran.

Bike came with no running lights except for a running headlight and led brake light. No speedometer. No handle bad controls. He hacked up the wiring harness so bad that when I started to replace controls the connection were not there.

So I have started to change out the whole wiring harness. Look forward to talk with all of you please bear with me. I have TBI traumatic brain injury. So when I read things I sometimes don't understand. I am a little slow.

Last night I has having a problem. I couldn't figure out what the brown and blue wires from the red connector went to.

They get connected to the thermoswitch which is located on the right side of the thermostat housing. You'll see it just behind the top of the cylinder head cam cover in the center.

The single green/brown stripe wire gets connected to the temp sender on the left side of the thermostat housing. The red connector will have the mate on the main wiring harness. That completes the circuit for the fan motor.

I ran into another problem while running the new used wiring harness. When I got to just above the carb location there was a 9 wire connector but could not locate what it went to.

That's the connector for the turn signal and starting circuit relay which should be mounted to your frame with a rubber hangar on the tab in the center with the slot in it.

So I will start and try to locate a relay to fix that issue.

Which way does the wiring run down the bike straight down and the cross over at rear of seat or straight down and cross over under the seat
