Reconnecting engine to driveshaft

    Have a 81 650 tok the swinarm off with tire on some time ago trying to reconnect it again to the engine but can't seem to get the driveshaft and the engine to lineup to bolt together any ideas on how I can do it

    I pull the boot back and use left-hand fingers to suppor the u-joint while the right hand feeds the driveshaft in. It is a matter of getting just the right line, and getting the. Splines to line up. Also, make sure that the splines are perfectly clean, and lubed, too....that Will help them slide together easier.
