looking for side cover rubber peices

    You know those little rubber grommet things that hold the side covers on? Can anyone explain where I could get those? I know someone here has to know.

    Take one of the gromets off and take it down to the local auto parts store. Lok in the help section and see if you can fins one the same size. Should be a fairly cheap part. Have a good one and good luck.

    Yamaha dealership should be able to order the grommets, or you can do what I did and purchase a couple packs of off brand side cover grommets that they're likely to carry in stock. I think the ones I got are actually for a Honda, but they work perfectly.
