    There's plenty of aftermarket ones available.... but if you're looking for the oem factory backrest for the 750Maxim, good luck---- unobtanium

    I don't think I have any more for the '83-on-down 750's. There might be one, I'll hafta look. The Ebay one is not correct for a 750 midnight maxim, anyway.

    The stitching is a totally wrong pattern. The 750 Midnight Maxim pattern is basically a big square with a cris-cross in it.c address stitching should look more like a tic-tac-toe board.....not the angles parts at the top.

    The side Rails for a 750 Midnight a maxim would be bright gold-tone.

    It would bolt right up on a 750 maxim,but to someone who knows what should be on a 750 midnight maxim, it would look out of place.

    It will not fit the 650 Maxim anyway
