Is Bearing 5G2-11418-20-00 a Sub for 4H7-11416-21-00 on speed and Sport 5g2 is listed but the 4h7 number is in the comments. Wouldn't want to buy the wrong one.

Yes. The 4h7 bearings supersede the 5g2. Basically, they just went with the bearings with oil holes in all applications. Like so:

    Color Code
    5 Yellow 5G2-11418-40-00 = 4H7-11416-41-00
    4 Green 5G2-11418-30-00 = 4H7-11416-31-00
    3 Brown 5G2-11418-20-00 = 4H7-11416-21-00
    2 Black 5G2-11418-10-00 = 4H7-11416-11-00
    1 Blue 5G2-11418-00-00 = 4H7-11416-01-00

So the 5g2 number wouldn't have the oil hole?

Correct, 5g2 bearings do not have the 3 oil holes. Originally Yamaha called for one of each but they just went to using the ones with oil holes on both sides.

Of course, it's better to use the 4H7 (original type/no oil holes) in the upper case as those bearings have more bearing surface area....obviously the lower bearings MUST be the 5G2 style with the oil feed holes, since the crank main journals are lubricated thru the lower bearings/saddles.
