I've been watching all the tutorials and such from revival cycles on their "m unit" and all the accessories for it. Wondering if anyone here has firsthand experience with their product. If you do, I'd certainly appreciate getting a thread going on the subject. I am very interested in it for the super clean look it offers as well as the added benefits ( if u believe their hype of the product). I'd put up a link but not sure if I'm allowed to or not

I'm wanting to use this on one of my secas if I hear good things. If I hear nothing I may be the first still to have a go at it

    Let me know. Thanks. Joe

@Taylo105 used one in his build. Maybe he has some insight for you.

Yes, I installed the unit, the mbutton, and new switches for my build. I wouldn't have tried to do a custom wiring job without it. It has all of the fuses (minus the main 20amp fuse) and all of the relays built. Check out my build, i've got my custom wiring harness in there. Its based on a minimal wiring diagram from the site, and another xi's custom harness. I don't believe he's actually on this site, but i found him through instagram.

Let me know if you've got questions.

Tell me more.... do u like the product ? Any down side? Link to your build? I don't plan on doing a cut build for mine at all. I just want a clean looking bike I can be proud of. This is what I've got so far and it will be changing as I believe I'm going to go more to the black versus chrome. I have lots of work ahead to do

Yes I love the m-unit. It was a little pricey. I mean technically I could have done the exact same wiring setup without it for a fraction of the price, but it really helps anyone be able to tackle a full wiring re-install. It also helps to troubleshoot any issues that arise later on down the road. Along as you can see the unit, if you have electronic issues, the lights will blink based on the type of issue it has. The only downside I can think of is that I bought the older "v2" version a few months before they came out with the "blue" version. Its the same core unit, but with Bluetooth, and some extra aux power lines. This allows you to control when you turn on specific items with additional inputs. (example: usb charger, or heated grips). You can still do all this without the blue, but its just gives you extra options. Now, the bluetooth option... I really want that. it allows you to control all of the settings of the unit from your phone, as well as the keyless ignition.

The revival cycles videos (mount overview, as well as the basic moto wiring video were extremely helpful. that, combined with this forum and you should be set. Just get really familiar with your wiring diagram before you attempt it.

Good luck! and be sure to keep us informed along the way.
