why cant I view some pictures need to upgrade photobucket

    How does one view pictures on some posts it just has a box and tells you that you need to upgrade photobucket,?

    There is an existing thread (that is stickied/pinned) on this issue.
    Short answer; only the owner of the photos has control of that. There is a workaround, which you will find in the existing thread.
