    hi everyone.

I have recently rebuild my calipers and put them back together. It appears the caliper is rubbing against the disk. How can I fix this? Washers on the inside? Pics attached

Rebuilt how? Did you remove, clean, polish, and regrease the sliding pins?

I agree that you need new pads. It looks like the outer pad is worn more than the inner, causing the caliper to not be centered on the disc.

I recall a similar ball-ache when piecing my bike back together. I seem to recall it was more to do with how I reassembled the axle and at what point I secured the pinch bolts. I would loosen everything off (but not the caliper mountbolts) and try again.

    +1 ^

When I re-installed my front wheel, I got things mixed up and things wouldn't line up correctly.

+2 on the assembly. On the Seca 750 the pinch bolt is secured after centering the disc within the caliper.

Also, note on picture 2, it appears the speedo drive unit is not installed correctly - note the gap between it and the fork tube leg.
