Xj650 and xs1100 same brake caliper? Am I reading this right??

    Hi guys,

    Trying to source a front left hand caliper for my xj650 here in Australia (seca). I just read a mass article on here that states after market caliper HCP11535LH will fit my xj650 as well as an xs1100? Does that mean I can find an xs 1100 front brake caliper stock and it'll fit on my bike?

    Or if anyone can tell me what other calipers would fit my 1980 xj650 that would be fantastic as it's urgent and I cannot find specific details even after searching for hours

    It is also a great place to locate and purchase parts... seeing that you are in Oz the shipping cost may sting.

    Find yourself a bone yard that has an XS1100 standard and you win! Or drag the whole thing home and start a new project...
