I doubt you will ever find it - my best suggestion would be to get hold of a tail fairing or side panel in the colour you're trying to replicate and take it to a local paint shop to match. Ebay Germany has lots of bits if ebay UK is no good.

Len would be the best choice, but I believe all his chemical shipments are confined to the states.

This may not help on the actual code you are looking for, but maybe you can find what you want here.

    http://www.rsbikepaint.com/en-us/colours.php

One problem I see with their product is they seem to be offering a lacquer clear coat, which will not hold up to gasoline.

And, just a word of caution. Almost all of the two and three part paints require a fresh air respirator as the chemicals used are extremely toxic. So, a100man suggestion of having it matched and then painted by a local shop may be your best bet.

Assuming you are trying to replicate the UK look then I have seen full decal sets on ebay for about 60 quid.

Are you doing a full repaint? Paint fades over time, which means color matching suggested above maybe a better option.

So you're rebuilding it to US spec? As far as I know in UK we only got red and black and the decals are the same for both.

the color of this xj750 seca in my avatar is Rustoleum gloss enamel "Regal Red" and
comes close to the stock red. In a rattlecan but with practise it can come out pretty nice.
