I installed different handlebars on my XJ750 and noticed the riser bolts move slight back and forth. The nuts that bolt the bottom risers are tight. Are there rubber washer or spacers that fit between the bottom risers that need to be replaced?

That depends on which model and year of XJ750 you have.

The risers are rubber mounted, and will move slightly when pushed on. They work just like rubber suspension bushings; no need to replace unless they get rattly, or hard.
