The OEM are no longer available new, aftermarket ones are available from here > http://www.billet.co.uk/index2.html?home.html~mainFrame , very expensive though.
They are listed for the XS1100S which is the UK Sport model.
Secondhand calipers can be used off a XS1100Sport, XS1100 Midnight Special LH 4W1 version from 1981, not the model from 1980 they are different, and of course you can use secondhand from the XJ1100.
So not much available, maybe the XJ750 variant could also be used, I don't know, there could well be something available.

Should also add that the part numbers for each caliper are 4W112581000 for the right side and 4W112581010 for the left side.
A useful website that I use for matching up part numbers is https://www.cmsnl.com/yamaha-motorcycle_model16707/

I should also say that I was in the same situation when doing a refurb on my XS1100 LH Midnight Special, that's how I know.

Are your existing calipers beyond rebuilding?

We have both rebuild parts and complete rebuilt calipers (trade-in core required) available.
