Maxim 750XJ luggage rack on a 650XJ?

    Searching for a luggage rack for my 1983 Maxim XJ and the best I can find is one for a 1982 750XJ. Does anyone know if that will be compatible?

    I have a luggage rack that was on my 650rj if you are interested I will send you some photos. it is adjustable I have some paperwork on it.

    My 550 came with a "KG" rack installed on it. You might be able to source one of those out. Like XJ550H mentioned, the ends of this rack telescope outward and become longer; adjustable of sorts. If hardware is not included be prepared to fabricate some pipe/tube spacers, or have a whole lot of washers handy as the KG racks were installed with either 2 or 4 large spacers approximately .75" long each. Pretty sturdy rack when installed properly with correct hardware.

    The luggage racks with the adjustable arms for the 650 Maxim will also fit on the 750 Maxim. I know for a fact, as a have swapped them around myself.
