Anyone every hear a screaming noise in around there cluster.
Was out for 40 km and every time id wind it out in 5th it would sound like a bad horn noise. And when I come to a slow stop it would go away .
Did it a couple times .

It's most likely your speedometer. Mine is really loud when the temp drops below 50 degrees (f). In the summer, I rarely hear it. I've heard of quick fixes where you drill a tiny hole and shoot some white silicone grease in there. I don't have the courage to do it. I'm afraid that it will end up fogging the glass.

In my case, it is not the cable. I wish it was!

If you have an xj750 seca or maxim you can pull the cluster remove the back and the bracket and 6 or 8 screws separate the speedometer after removing 2 screws by the housing . Carefully take PB blaster or Silicone spray with a nozzle spray down into the pinion also flip it over spray around the neck where speedo cable attaches . Take a Q tip and a little grease on the gears . Be careful do not touch face you do not want finger prints and be careful do not touch needle as they can break easy . My speedo had done the same thing you describe and I had another cluster with pristine face plates but this one did same thing worked fine after my surgery so far so good. Good luck.

I get a scream , it comes from something between the handle bar , the saddle and the foot pegs.

There is a high pitched whining sound that comes from the fins at over 4k rpms.
that's what those rubber plugs stuck between the fins are for. Mine always"sing"
loudly when accelerating in 5th gear
