Liquid cooled, overhead cams, an electric bike! Progress is good, their traditional market isn't enough anymore. Good luck Harley!

 

Someone told me last week that the electric bikes will have a sound generator included for the purists.

 

I know they spent a lot of time engineering noise into the transmission's gears because the electric motor was too quiet.

 

Where did the name 'streetfighter' come from? What makes a bike a street fighter?

 

I like the new move, not sure it will make me want to buy one as here in Australia Harleys are still over priced compared to everything else in the market.

The street fighter is going to be interesting. That market is ripe with competition now, and the bikes are really at the top of the tree. I'm sure it wont be too long before Ducati release a V4 streetfigter and there will be a new S1000R before too long.

Its going to be a tough battle for Harley.

 

Oooh, if they're taking requests, how about a stripped VFR? Turn that gentlemanly ride into a nasty bastard!
