    Hmmmmm......... It went to $1826 the first time around and didn't reach the reserve-----now this time it's over $2100 and hasn't reached its reserve. Something smells funny.

    And, it's not in as 'original condition' as "original condition" means to me........

    It went for around $3.8k the second time around. Looks like it passed the reserve this time.

    Oh my.....the final price was a pleasant surprise....to me anyway.

    Dave, were you surprised it brought as much as it did or that it should have brought more?

    I know the selling price is a point in time reference and next week a better bike could sell for less.....and a lesser bike could bring more. Too many factors at play to determine if it is a trend or not but hopefully these bikes are starting to get a little more recognition.

    Most of the prices for these have gone for around the $2500 +/- in really good condition. Some have been up to $2800. I expected this to be around there, but figured the seller probably had a reserve around $3000. I don't know what the reserve really was. On the database, the highest sell prior to this was $3500, and that was for one that wasn't quite as nice as mine, but pretty darn close.

    Im actually pleased to see it do that....it shows that the 900rk is commanding higher prices......in top shape.
