So, does a 4/1 exhaust, a puffed up seat, a chrome fender, and a cut-off rear fender really constitute "Restored"?

Though automotive restoration is commonly defined as the reconditioning of a vehicle "from original condition in an effort to return it to like-new or better condition," there are many styles of which a vehicle can be restored, any of which can be performed at the discretion, desire, or taste of a vehicle owner or restorer

I'm generally not a fan of these Seca 650s but I think it looks pretty good with the puffed up seat.

I kinda viewed the bike as an art project, trying mods to see how they looked. The one I didn't get to was fork gaiters. Would probably need to bob the front fender to compliment that look.
