    It is a nice bike but too much for me, I will keep my 900f.

    If you wanted to ride it you'd have to drain and change all fluids, new tires, probably new brake lines. Hopefully the master cylinders are ok. Cost another grand to put it on the road. Nice bike though :cool:

    Yes that is true. A lot of the time when someone buys an older bike even a low mileage one there are parts that have deteriorated. But apart from consumables the XJ range are well engineered as we know and well worth keeping.

    At 9000$ I’d like to think you could work the maintenance items needed to ride safely into that price.

    It's a nice bike Joe l would be expecting a roadworthy machine for that or a big discount. Someone in the United States has a red 900 Seca with a XJ650 Turbo fairing. Its a cracking bike.
