Sprocket covers, SECA vs Maxim...different?

    The bare engine I bought was without the sprocket cover. Is there a difference in SECA vs Maxim covers? Can I id which bike it was from any of the engine ID codes?

    BTW, I have 2 painted covers for my 550 seca, if you need them. I picked up nice unpainted ones from Len a while back and these you could have for nothing. I'd even give you the old screws to hold them on assuming they haven't gotten lost.

    to answer the question the Seca and Maxim 550 motor are the same motor so all the covers will swap . motor differences is the cams and jets in the carbs.

    the euro 550 has a different shifter set up, the linkage style
