No more carb syncing, .....

    While wandering through the nationwide Craigslist posts I ran across the following disturbing images. The engine is set up for go kart racing application. I'll give them an B+ for originality and effort and a D+ for fit and finish.

    I think that's a single-barrel Rochester.
    It'll work, but the intake manifold isn't helping the carb do the job properly. Needs crossovers to feed the cylinders evenly.
    I can't see him being competitive with that setup, even if he's just drag-racing.

    Last time i drank before welding i thought it was a great idea to wear grinding googles instead of a face shield... I found out the hard way that welding emits strong enough UV light that can cook the skin on your face.
