What's the blue wire in the pickup coil harness?

    What's the blue wire in the pickup coil harness? Connects to a bullet connector by the igniter. Other end is behind a screw behind the gear shift. I'm not finding it on the schematic.

    neutral switch wire it is SB sky blue sb skyblue.PNG

    it connects to the diode block and starter cut off relay

    Is could be the wire for the neutral switch underneath the crankcase.

    he has a 550 the switch is behind the shifter/chain cover

    650 and 750 have the switch under the motor in a very hard place to get at

    Thanks. What sort of connector should it have to fit behind the screw. Mine is just the wire.

    A flanged spade terminal, or a ring terminal with a notch to slip over the screw, or an ordinary ring terminal if you remove the screw for installation.
