    Honestly it was criminal to sell it to you with a clean title. Seriously. You have a good small claims case. (probably, because I'm not a lawyer and am not giving legal advice).

    Oh I see what happened---- I read
    and didn't read the whole forum. I assumed (oops...... never assume) that you had said you had a clean title. Reading back through several times, now, I don't see that anywhere. I don't think you have any legal recourse either, unless you have a statement from the seller attesting that it's "in good safe reliable condition"... etc---

    So, disregard my pm--- it's nothing more than a wreck/parts bike to begin with. Without a clean clear title, it would be a hassle to do anything anyway.... and the way that's bent, you'd NEVER be able to ride it either
