    Okay. Someone school me...

How hard is it to swap front ends? I imagine it would be easy if the forks were the same diameter and could just be changed into the original triple-tree... But what about swapping the whole thing, tree and all? What's involved?

I know someone who has a front end from a '87 CBR600 and think it might be fun to put it on either a MaxX or a '81 Max 650. Any comments on their suitablilty?

this has also intrigued me I think it would be really cool to snag a front off of a late model gsxr and mod it to fit. As far as all i could see being an issue is having a custom tripple-tree built. and moding the switches to work with the tail light headlight etc. also the height and weight of our bikes might be an issue for something built for something considerably lighter and lower.
