Slow throttle.

    What does it mean when you open the throttle fast and it takes 2 seconds for the engine to catch up with the amount of gas you're giving it

    Possibilities:

    Mix too rich, causing a bog.

    Slide(s) sticky.

    Air jet or fuel jet clogged.

    You're in too high of a gear for the speed or incline (very common and easy to fix).

    Air filter in need of replacement.

    Torn slide diaphragm (more likely a pinhole).

    Possible faulty TCI not advancing ignition properly (less common).

    Ate too much barbecue/pie/bacon...etc. (common, but not easy to fix).

    from idle?.....open the pilot screws 1/8 turn

    I will try the 1/8 turn first. (It is from idle)

    A pin hole in the diaphragm can be repaired a piece of a latex glove or a condom cut a patch slightly larger than area of the hole use contact cement or rtv to glue in place.

    I went an 1/8 turn. It got better. I went another 1/8 Re sync the carbs, and i was grinning from ear to ear. Thanks guys.
