Some do, some don't, and it don't matter either way.

Janus starter as a company making 50 cc bikes to lure in the moped modifiers and such . now they have advanced to 250s, with no mention of the earlier years of 50 cc motors. forks were better brand and style for the 50 cc.
just a niche company. wouldnt buy one for the price that they ask, would rather fix an old XJ up for the cost could do 2 .

They closed down a couple years ago, but we had a Yam. Dealer here who also sold new Royal Enfields. Same circa design as these, but the Enfields were 500cc and right at $5000.00.

I do like the Enfields look at 5K it would be the choice over Janus.
    • after a few years maybe they will move up a size in motors.
    • they do have a model that I like as far as looks go the Halcyon. the Phoenix is to cafe for me. The Gryffin is a nice look as a weekend on off/dirt road bike to go have a picnic on
    • a 250 is just to small for where I live.

They have a growing following , when I went to their show their were around 50 bikes . They are very well finished ,but to pricey ( I'm cash poor and like to tinker with bikes ) agree Royal Enfield is a good choice and now that they have came out with the twin cylinder , only thing that is down size finding a dealer .

I do not doubt that they will sell bikes a lot of people will buy into there marketing stratagy. "hand built" small US manufacturing.
specializing and concentrating on one motor size that appeals to many new or potential riders as well as older riders.
built to order and limited production
one day they may become sought after as collectibles.
