Right side works fine. Normal rate, and front/rear/dash indicator blink in unison.

Entire left side blinks rapidly, and the front blinks in opposite time with the rear and dash indicator, which fire together correctly.

    Thoughts?

do the types of bulbs in the right side match the left side?
I'm thinking a wrong wattage bulb?

Or a pinched hot wire to one of the lights. Doesn’t blow the fuse so it flashes fast

^^^ that - and you should also see an issue with the front running light as in the indicator and rear flasher illuminated dimly with no flasher command.

With a missing ground on the front assembly (wire, bulb, bulb socket, mounting) the running light will illuminate using a path to ground through the other bulbs. When the flasher applies 12V to the circuit, the running light goes out because of the 12V on both sides of the filaments, which gives the impression of flashing out of sync.

That sounds like as good of an explanation as anything. I’ll start poking around on it
