    Hi all,
My name is Justin and I am from Newfoundland, Canada.
I am a part of the XJ650 group on Facebook, so you may know me from there.
Back in July, I bought a 1983 Maxim 650 with 59,000km, A photo is attached below.
Motorcycle's have been a part of my life since I was young. My father owned a Suzuki GS650, later a Honda CX500, which my uncle bought new in 1979.
This is my first motorcycle, but not my first time on two wheels. I have ridden dirt bikes since age 12, I started on a KLX 140L and later a XT250.
I'm really happy I joined this forum. There is an endless wealth of information to be had here and some great people involved! Cannot wait to see what journeys are ahead for myself and my XJ!

Yes, and climb out of our igloos, saddle up the huskeys only to go to the liqour store to get Lambs and to Wal Mart to get Kraft Dinner, eh? Just kidding :D

Thanks! She's a little rough around the edges but plan to do some work on her the winter/spring!
