Hello. I recently purchased a vintage 1982 Yamaha XJ650 Maxim in non running condition

I have no expert mechanical ability and decided to document me fumbling through the process

I cannot post a link, but search:

Will it start? 1982 Yamaha XJ650 Maxim sitting for 5 years. Part 1

    It is an ongoing project

Feel free to make fun of me or provide help

    Thanks!

    Kevin

always undo the ground side 1st or install it last.
That way if you touch the frame while doing so you're not shorting out.
